5. Pro-rated Refunds

For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 30-day period, we may offer pro-rated refunds on a case-by-case basis for unused months.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom development work already completed
  • Third-party integrations and add-ons
  • Usage fees for API calls or messages sent
  • Subscriptions cancelled after 30 days (except pro-rated cases)
